Natasha France Joins Trilogy

News at Trilogy | 06/01/2020

Trilogy are delighted to announce that legendary new homes sales and marketing guru, Natasha France, has joined the new homes sales team at Trilogy. Today, we put Natasha through her paces with 5 questions:

Ben: Welcome to the team Natasha! Tell us more about your previous roles in the industry.

Natasha:  I have always worked in the sales and marketing disciplines for a range of housebuilder/developers. My responsibilities have ranged from running a sales and marketing department where I designed units, set the internal specification and was ultimately responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and legal completion of the homes. My experience in these roles has not only included houses and apartments but extends to an executive hotel, a well know celebrity’s head office renovation and a large private residence in the south of France. I have also done interior design work including the design, procurement and fitting out of many show homes to a budget.

Ben: What made you want to join Trilogy Land & New Homes?

Natasha: Having had approximately twenty years’ experience working for housebuilder/developers ranging from well known PLC’s to a family owned firm, I know what is needed from an agent and saw Trilogy as an opportunity to extend a service from not only offering expertise in the selling and marketing of new homes but also offering a much wider service to include the maximizing of accommodation, interior design, specification and procurement. The concept of Trilogy is to be an extension of the client’s company where we offer resource and industry experience tailored to a client’s needs. I know from my own experience that there is a gap in the market to have such a service under one banner. I am therefore very pleased to be offering these services with Trilogy.

Ben: How does new homes sales agency compare to being client side?

Natasha: Give me a month or so and I will elaborate!

Ben: Who do you most admire in the industry and why?

Natasha: There are many people that I admire in the industry. I do, however, very much admire those who have taken the leap and started up their own development business and have made a success of it. There are so many elements that need to be pulled together for a project to be successful and if one element isn’t done properly it can ultimately, be very costly.

Ben: Tell us one thing about yourself that might surprise us!

Natasha: I can do the do the crow yoga pose into headstand after a glass of wine!
