Our retained client service is designed for people who are short on time or have a long list of very specific requirements. The Trilogy team will harness their extensive network of agency and developer contacts to source your perfect new home.

Our fee includes the sourcing of a suitable on-market and off-market new home(s) which match your unique requirements. Each property is previewed by a member of the Trilogy team and shortlisted for accompanied viewings. Trilogy will then negotiate the purchase on your behalf and progress the transaction to exchange of contracts and completion.

The Trilogy team will be with you every step of the way, extending our service to include arranging removals, interior design, interior and exterior furnishing, landscaping and new home technology.
