Two of the most well known and highly respected residential development agents have joined Trilogy Land & New Homes to significantly increase our capabilities and capacity.

Andrew Simpson and Hugo Stuttaford will head up the land department and development consultancy department respectively. They join the firm set up by Ben Babington in September 2019 as equal shareholders.

The new senior team at Trilogy have over 100 years of real estate experience between them, having all previously worked at director or board level at national agency practices. Their experience extends to many hundreds of residential development projects, giving a unique insight into what makes a successful, salable and profitable development.

Andrew specialises in the sale and acquisition of development sites and has extensive experience acting for a wide range of developers, institutions and landowners. He has been responsible for unlocking some of the Home Counties’ most notable strategic sites and is one of industry’s most trusted brokers for sites suitable for residential development.

Hugo has extensive experience in the provision of disposal and development consultancy advice, particularly for public sector and institutional clients. He has been responsible for a number of major site disposals in the South East. He also heads up the professional and valuation services department which offers valuation advice to banks, property companies and individuals.

Ben assumes overall responsibility for the running of our clients’ development projects. He has a wealth of experience, having successfully sold hundreds of new developments in London & The Southeast, ranging from boutique schemes to landmark strategic sites.

Ben is supported by another recent addition to the team; Natasha France joined in January 2020 as an associate director and has over twenty years’ experience selling new homes, having worked for Barratt Homes and Berkeley Homes, as well as enjoyed a successful fifteen years as head of sales at Heronsbrook Homes; a prominent developer in the Home Counties. As such, she has a unique and detailed understanding of what developers expect of their agents.
