Trilogy, have joined forces with leading estate agents and Chartered Surveyors, Sibley Pares to enhance their mutual presence in the Kent residential development market.

Sibley Pares was established in 1982 but traces its heritage back to 1885 through Walter and Forknell. They specialise in both commercial and residential property, acting for a wide number of private individuals, companies and public bodies.

The newly enlarged residential team will be focusing on the three core disciplines of residential development; land acquisitions and disposals, development consultancy and new homes sales.
